Seminole Oklahoma Apr 14 a 12 inch rain and flash floods isolated the city and Wewoka driving residents from homes and crippling water systems. Police Chief Jake Sims said Frank Harris of Asher was found in a water filled ditch. seven cars were washed from U S Highway 270 and several occupants missing.
