Salt Lake reports floods in Basar Lake Valley washing out six bridges on the Oregon Short Line blocking train service temporarily. Repairs expected soon. At 2 AM in Albert Street, Bert Wing shot Jos Glenn dead after discovering Glenn with Essis Davis in Theresa Prattymas house. Wing claims self defense after Glenn drew a revolver. Davis, later identified as Mary Haves, is jailed. Wing and Davis formerly from Owensboro, Ky. Glenn’s father a tobacconist in Carrollton, N Y.
