Miss Virginia Lee Harlan and Robert Charles Richards, both of Altadena, Calif., wed Saturday at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Pasadena. The bride is the daughter of USN Cmdr. (ret.) George M. Harlan of Altadena. the groom’s parents are Mr. and Mrs. Jack A. Richards of Prairie Village. The couple plans residence in Malibu Beach after a northern California honeymoon.
