Cavalry Inspection At Usher Armory In Topeka
Brigadier General W H Sears inspected Troop A the only cavalry unit in the Kansas National Guard last Saturday evening at the Usher Guard Armory. The balcony was crowded with spectators and notable guests included Adjutant General Davie Col Taylor Major Anderson and Battery A of Topeka. After the inspection the officers were banquetted at General Sears’s home.

Five Boys Killed in Mill Boiler Explosion
