Gladstone Pottery Museum Wins Museum of the Year
Britain’s Museum of the Year honors the Gladstone Pottery Museum in Longton for preserving industrial heritage. The old factory, dating to 1787, remains a working pottery site with kilns and workshops, illustrating the potteries of Stoke on Trent and firms like Wedgwood, Spode, Minton, and Royal Doulton.
