Innocent Plea To Charges In Carson City Crash

William Merrick, 46, of Minden, pleaded innocent to involuntary manslaughter and felony drunk driving in the January head on crash that killed Cynthia Ann Bay, 25, and her two year old daughter Tamrun Lee near Carson City. District Judge Stanley Smart said trial would be in December unless a different judge can convene an earlier date.
