Referee Russell Taylor in U S Bankruptcy Court to rule whether the Thunderbird on the Strip will be controlled by Del Webb or Lance Inc. Final arguments were heard June 12 with a decision expected by today. Webb took over the property last December after Lance defaulted on mortgage payments. Debt estimates range from 10 to 14 million dollars.
