Dome of the Sea at Dunes to Open in Las Vegas Extravaganza

The Dome of the Sea seafood restaurant at the Dunes Hotel opens Saturday at 6 p.m. A nautical interior and space ship exterior draw attention from U S Highway 91. Maitre d Sebastian Bordonaro and chef Gabriel Anet lead a varied menu with fresh seafood flown from multiple regions plus meats and wines. Noted designers Dick Miller and Sean Kenney mastermind the show with mermaid harpist Gayle Levant performing nightly.
