Ching Panel Opens Arbitration Over REECO Contract
The Atomic Energy Labor Management Panel known as the Ching Panel began arbitration between Carpenters Local 1780 and Reynolds Electrical & Engineering Co. to decide which parts of the contract may be opened for renegotiation. The 1965 pact included a year for reopening wage talks and a Las Vegas strike earlier sought a statewide, area wage accord.
