Andrew J Manuel 25, traveling companion of a college senior charged in seven Michigan sex murders, was arrested by FBI agents in Phoenix for questioning in the case. California investigators sought to question him about a similar stay there. He will be returned to Michigan for interrogation into John Norman Collins 22.
