Coroner's Jury Charges Murder in Nusser Death
Grace Nusser is charged with murder after the coroner's inquest found George F. Nusser died from a gunshot wound inflicted by another, not self. The jury urged holding Grace Nusser to answer. she fled Boulder City after an intoxicated arrest and lengthy pursuit, later found exhausted fifteen miles away amid desert trails.

Prescott Promoted to Lieutenant Construction Corps
President Roosevelt approved promotions of naval officers including J. G. F. Prescott of Los Angeles. He moves from Lieutenant Junior Grade to Lieutenant Construction Corps. Prescott, son of B. M.
