The Supreme Court of Saskatchewan district of Scott issues a writ of execution to seize the defendant Gus A Beckevold’s interest in lands described as the northwest quarter of section 16 township 38 range 16 W 3rd, about 160 acres, with an old trail exception. The sale notice lists the date and sheriff’s details as January 16, 1917.
