On September 18 1922 at 10 am at the Court House front door in Lander real estate includes Anderson Subdivision lots six seven eight with an excepted tract and Amoretti Second Addition lots eighteen to twenty and fractions one to four, appraised at 7000.00. Personal property at defendants house includes furniture dishes tools books and more valued at 755.50. Sale requires cash and real estate may not sell below two thirds of appraisal. Aug 4 1922 official notice appears with dates Aug 5 12 19 26 and Sep 29.
