Denver Judge Morton S. Bailey Dies at Home
Judge Morton S. Bailey of the Colorado Supreme Court died suddenly at his Denver home at 2 40 this morning after a period of illness. A Democrat, he would have turned 65 next July. Bailey had served on the Colorado bench since 1891 and on the supreme court since 1908, the longest tenure among his peers. He is survived by a wife, three sons, and one daughter.
