RB Watson of Cheyenne, secretary of the Wyoming Stockman Loan Company, reports very satisfactory progress in stock loans. The allotment of 3 million dollars for Wyoming under present arrangements has been over applied for, and organizers plan to raise capital from 300 thousand to 1 million, increasing the Wyoming allotment of federal funds to 610 million.
