In Frankfort Kentucky on April 8 charged that General Gregoryo Semenoff arrested yesterday in New York is a cowardly enemy of America and a murderer and robber. Colonel Charles HH Morrow hired Secretary of State Hughes to summarize the anti Bolshevik leader record in Siberia. Morrow, who led American troops in Siberia during the war, said he saw Semenoff send an armored train in freezing conditions to attack an American camp, killing five soldiers and wounding many others as Yankees routed the Coasacka.

Thirteen deaths and injuries are reported from a wind storm that began in West Texas and swept through North Central Texas into South Central Oklahoma. Six fatalities occurred at Rowenia near Bal linger, Texas, with one death each at Chisco and Electra, Texas, and Lawton, Oklahoma.
