Frozen Dessert Industry Surpasses 1.2 Billion Gallons Annual Output

The market consumes extensive sugar, corn sweeteners, fruits, vanilla and stabilizers while soft serve rises to 17 percent of sales. Pennsylvania leads production with regional distribution outward via both large firms and many small controlled-outlet retailers.
