Stream Map Offers Land and Water Insights for Pennsylvanians
A stream map prepared at Penn State after three years of work by Professor Higbee offers detailed boundaries of watersheds, swamps, lakes, dams, and reservoirs for Pennsylvania. It includes town population data from the 1960 census and is sold for $1.00 each by Maps, Box 6,000, University Park. The project drew data from U.S. and state soil surveys and cooperation from multiple state agencies.
