Regulations boost farm spray costs rise in regulatory burden
Federal regulatory agencies add substantial costs to crop chemical products. Ed Cunningham of Chemagro notes it can take eight to 13 million dollars to clear a product for one crop, driven by the growing number of required regulations across Pennsylvania, Maryland, and West Virginia.

Atlantic's Harry Roth elected to NAAB board three year term
Harry Roth operations director for Atlantic Breeders since 1973 was elected to a three year term on the board of directors of the National Association of Animal Breeders. The NAAB annual meeting in Louisville announced the result. Roth, a Penn State graduate, began at Western Pennsylvania ABC in 1956 later rising to sire analyst and manager.
