Credit People Hope For Lower Interest But See No Change

Carl Brown of Credit Service says they hope for a lower discount rate at the Farm Credit Service annual meeting, but foresee little change. He notes a good year for farmers with rain and crops, and predicts bigger farm units in the 1970s with higher costs and increased mechanization.
