Lancaster County Holstein Association plans its 16th annual banquet at 6 45 pm Tuesday at Dutch Town and Country Inn Vintage with a brief business meeting and a talk on wills by George J Morgan. Morgan, a Lancaster County attorney and Warwick Township Republican committeeman, also serves as Lititz borough solicitor. Milk Hearings Set For 71 Fed. Market Orders
The U S Department of Agriculture will hold area wide hearings to set the Class I milk prices for 71 federal milk marketing orders starting December 1966. Hearings occur the week of November 14 at four locations with exact sites to be announced. Officials say dairy farmer representatives requested the hearings to prevent price cuts that could reduce milk supplies for consumers.

Scott Reelected Grange Head At State Convention
John W. Scott was elected to a third term as State Grange Master at the 94th Pennsylvania State Grange convention in New Castle. About 2200 Grangers attended, including 601 voting delegates. Scott, a Butler County farmer, has long led in state agriculture and legislative affairs since 1962 and has held key roles in National Orange activities and education committees.

A group of thirty current and former Beacon employees purchased the Beacon Feed Unit of Textron Inc effective immediately.
