NEPPCO endorses a new truckload trading program for eggs after approval by the Commodity Exchange Authority. The plan sets 700 case trades with zones by ZIP first two digits, high quality grades, and escrow payments, aiming to stabilize NY egg prices and shift shipments directly from seller to buyer.
