Despondent Wife and Mother Ends Life in Carbolic Acid
Mrs Mary Jones aged about 35 wife of Elmer Jones a shoe worker residing on West Allen street died by taking carbolic acid Thursday around 11 am. She had been ill for some time and had threatened suicide on several occasions telling her eldest son Austin that she would kill herself some day. Survived by husband and four children aged 15 12 7 and 3. Coroner Peter Bugh to render verdict. Funeral directors Stropel and Sheridan will conduct the obsequies.

Death of Mrs Henrietta Mithoff in Columbus
Mrs Henrietta Elisabeth Mithoff aged 51 died Tuesday evening at her Columbus home. She was wife of Oscar H Mithoff related to the families of the late Theodore and Gus Mithoff. Funeral and burial were private with services at 2 30 this afternoon at the Bryden Road residence. Mr Mithoff was a member of Mithoff Hardware Company in Columbus.

Several motions to revive judgments were filed in Common Pleas Court this morning. Clinton P. Cole and Charles H. Towson seek revival of a $3835.20 judgment on a December 1908 note tied to Lancaster Bank partners Forty xnit Rose Feeman. Albert Turner moves to revive a $567.91 claim against Lewis Marks with interest from February 3, 1912. Cole and Towson also seek revival of a $26270 claim against Albert Schleckman. Another revival request targets a $3714.40 judgment against G W Coffman et al with interest from May 1, 1908. In Mary Early vs John Early, the defendant must pay $3500 plus $5 weekly for maintenance until the case is heard. G D Zimmerman was ordered to file a suit within five days against the receiver of Automet Lighting and Power Co. J B Orman Bros filed a mortgage suit in Venice against Oscar and Catharine White and The Fairfield Savings Building and Loan Co for $240.28 plus interest as of January 22, 1915.
