A Stoutsville man forged the names of his father in law wife and neighbor to secure a bank loan. Two $5000 damage cases filed by William L. Bosher as administrator of Nelson Lowsher and of Susan Bowsher against Hocking Valley Railway Co. were dismissed. Nelson and Susan Bowsher, husband and wife, were killed February 10, 1912, when a southbound H V passenger train hit their buggy at Rolling Mill addition crossing on West Fair avenue.
