Funeral services for Drayman Edward Bonner at St Marys
Funeral services were held this morning at St Marys Church for Drayman Edward Bonner with Rev Father J B Matlingly delivering the requiem mass. Burial followed in St Marys Cemetery. Elks held an evening service at the Bonner home with Exalted Raler J F Van Gundy presiding. Bonner longtime member of the order. Relatives and friends from Ohio and beyond attended both services.

Fair Joy Riders Plea in Perry County Court
Three offenders from Perry County faced Justice Parido on Friday for speeding near the city fair routes. C A Sanders of New Lexington paid 15 dollars fine plus 2 dollars costs for violating the highway speed limit. Bailey of New Lexington and farmer Frank Ridenauer, Perry County line resident, appeared Thursday after notice of affidavits for speed law violations. Prosecutor Fultz was away at Camp Mills and the cases were postponed. A total of thirty six Fair Joy rider cases were being split between Parido and Lane courts.

Passes Away After Illness With Complications
Mrs. Joseph Davey died after a two weeks illness at her West Fair avenue home. She was 69, survived by son William and four daughters, Augusta, Chas Crutcher, Sam Davis, Bertha Ghent, nine grandchildren, brother Dallas Tucker and two sisters Mary Tucker and Brice Gilmore. Husband died seven months ago. No funeral arrangements yet.

Fall from producer injures Hocking Glass worker
