Dr Vic H Ruble Shot at Home in Montana to Columbus
The body of Dr Vic H Ruble, eldest son of Mrs Lucy Ruble of Sugar Grove, arrived in Columbus Ohio from Columbus Montana where he was accidentally shot while reclining at home. The nephew who lived with him discharged a gun by accident. Funeral services were held at Sherman and Brown Funeral Directors and burial followed in Green Lawn Cemetery beside his two children.

The senior rhetoric program at the ish School auditorium drew over six hundred as the L. Jf. 5. Orchestra and chorus accompanied speakers. Notable talks included Miss Mars Hood on the History of the Pen, Miss Bernie Walters on Ohio's Jewels, Miss Eloise Tidd on The Faith of Mrs Hannah Arnett, and Mr. Charles Rose on Recreation. Several other students delivered well crafted talks and a vocal duet by Misses Schleicher and Stephens with Winifred accompanying.

Poisoning Threat Hits Three Eyman Children

British Make Another Advance Near Peronne and Arras
London March 16 Another important gain has been made by British troops between Peronne and Bapaume with trenches occupied on a two and a half mile front from south of St Pierre Vaast wood to north of Sail lisel.
