The George Washington entertainment given last evening at the First Presbyterian Church by The Members for the Yours People’s Society was a real success. A large crowd attended. The National Lullabies in costumes were beautiful and well carried out. The having Pictures were a treat to many with each picture appearing to stand in a tram draped with cretonne. Mrs Bb. Un McCandlish played several violin pieces. The event was a fine celebration of Our Kirst President’s Birthday.
