Emergency Eats Cookbook highlights for Erie County
The Buffalo and Erie County Food Policy Council promotes the Emergency Eats Cookbook, inviting 2024 submissions across most resourceful healthiest best cultural representation and most cost effective categories. Winners include Wafa El Sohl for best cultural representation with Lebanese maudara and Kelly Anee Flynn for healthiest Asian inspired protein bowl. The book, designed for power outages and pantry staples, costs about ten dollars to make and is available online and at the Buffalo and Erie County Public Library.
