Teen indicted for hitting officer with stolen jeep
A 17 year old Buffalo youth was arraigned in Cheektowaga on nine felony counts for allegedly stealing two Jeeps and striking Officer Troy Blackchief during a pursuit in the early hours of February 6. Blackchief remains in critical condition after a brain injury and surgeries. Prosecutors seek remand. bail set at 80,000 cash or bond or 120,000 partially secured.
