He spent Thursday night in a box car and was found by his mother at school Friday then went toward Buffalo before being taken in for food and lodging. The Monroe County Supreme Court awarded Edna Belle Hellerman 3500 and Grant Hellerman 480 after an auto accident case involving Miss Ruther Peterson and Fred Gillette. Lancaster police retire the old chariot and promise a new vehicle for the force.
