Teen charged with attempted murder in Depew shooting
A 17 year old male is charged with attempted murder assault in the first degree and petty larceny after a May 7 Depew shooting in front of D and L Plaza. A 20 year old Dollar Tree employee was wounded and is in stable condition at Erie County Medical Center. Police say no weapons were found in the apartment later canvassed.
