Former county employee charged with stealing from Clerk's office
Alexander McDougall of Buffalo was arraigned on a second degree felony grand larceny charge for allegedly stealing 216412.72 in public funds while a deputy clerk in the Erie County Clerk's Office. He allegedly altered cashier reports and submitted fraudulent bank deposit tickets.
