Purple Heart recipients invited for 2023 Book of Merit honor
Erie County invites Purple Heart recipients or survivors to submit names by July 28 for the 2023 William J. Donovan Purple Heart Book of Merit. A ceremony is planned Aug. 7 on National Purple Heart Day at Old County Hall with the building lit purple Aug. 7 through 13.
