Legends split two point games in holiday stretch
Lancaster high school boys basketball split a pair of two point league games after the break. They beat Williamsville North 33 31 without Matt Bauer and Eric Frys as Zack Doering left with a calf strain. Jack Harrington stepped in scoring 17 as Lancaster edged the Quakers 33 31. In the loss at Orchard Park Nation Howard ended the game with a three point play with 4.5 seconds left to lift OP to a 58 56 win. Harrington and Eric Frys contributed double digits for Lancaster. The Legends, now 6 3, host Global Concepts next Tuesday as they focus on health and keeping momentum.
