Lancaster regulation halts vote on commercial residential moratorium
Lancaster delays a planned one year moratorium on commercial residential development after a county review rule requires Erie County's Department of Environment and Planning a 30 day opinion. The board, asked to submit the local law 26 days before the vote, will reconvene Monday December 18 with a public hearing re scheduled. Residents and a Depew developer weighed in as changes were discussed.
