Erie County approves 37.8 million bond plan for projects
The Erie County Legislature on April 13 2023 adopted a bond resolution financing up to 37 812 170 of obligations to fund capital improvements with 8 647 330 in State and Federal aid. The plan includes tax backed debt with annual appropriations and a 20 day window to challenge validity, plus environmental reviews and continuing disclosure commitments for holders. Public notices will be published in Buffalo Challenger and Lancaster Bee.
