Lamesa Municipal Airport Board will hold its regular monthly session at noon Tuesday at K Bobs Steak House. The major topic is the protracted dispute with Johnson Flying Service over management, with no other new business listed on the agenda.
Lamesa Area Chamber of Commerce board of directors will meet Thursday morning at the Pheasant Restaurant. Roy Byrd, chamber president, says reports will be given by Robert Crawley on Law Justice and Order, Don Bethel on Retail Trade, Fred Vera on Building and Equipment, and John Hegi on Director Nomination. Neil O'Brien will discuss the upcoming chamber banquet and a constitutional amendment. August financials and September projection will be handed out.
