Mother's Day cookbook from South Elementary first graders
The First Grade class at South Elementary produced a mimeographed cookbook as a Mother’s Day gift. Recipes include Soup, Apple Pie, Scrambled Eggs, Eggs and Bologna, with playful childlike instructions and humor. Weather and rainfall notes follow, detailing scattered thunderstorms Friday night across the county, with 1 to 1.5 inches reported in multiple areas and forecasts of more showers.
