Denver Tragedy at Seventh Street Car Crossing
John M. Cooper, 56, a watchman for the Colorado & Southern Railway, was killed when a Tramway car struck him at West Eight avenue after he stepped between tracks to avoid an oncoming vehicle. The coroner planned an inquest. Cooper leaves a widow and six children, and was a Civil War veteran.
