Trusteessale notice of Wise land in Prowers County Colorado

Public sale announced by the sheriff of Prowers County Colorado for November 15 1892 at 11 a m at the west front door of the Lamar Courthouse to satisfy a trust deed mortgage obligations and interest on two promissory notes due August 1891 and 1892. The property is the southeast quarter of section 32 township 21 south range 47 west and water rights from the Arkansas River Canal Company. The sale is subject to an $1 800 loan to Frank K Atkins as trustee and to prior encumbrances with the Wise spouses named as grantors. First publication October 1 1882.
