The sheriff of Prowers County Colorado will sell on November the 1592 at 1 o clock a m at the west door of the Lamar Court House the southeast quarter of section 32 township 21 south range 47 west also with water rights from the Arkansas River Canal to secure two promissory notes dated 1889 1892 totaling unpaid debt with ten percent interest and costs of the trust deed. The sale is subject to a prior $1800 deed of trust and other terms as stated in the notice.
