The Colorado state convention reached harmony with a single contention over Arapahoe county’s delegated seat. Delegates named include at large H. M. Teller F. C. Gondy J. W. Rockafellow and J. M. Downing. District delegates were A. M. Stevenson J. F. Vivian C. J. Hart and C. H. Breckinstein. Delegates at large were instructed to follow Teller.
Public foreclosure notice states Nathaniel Hogale and heirs face sale of property in Lamar Prowers County Colorado under a trust deed from 22nd street to secure three notes totaling 1330 dollars with interest at 10 percent. If default occurs the property will be sold at the west front door of the court house in Lamar to pay principal, interest, and expenses. A N Parrish, Trustee, signs the document dated May 8 198.
