Sheriff J Q Hagerman will sell the Ratzlaff real estate in Lamar Colorado at public auction on March 13, 1805, to satisfy a secured debt under a July 1 18? deed of trust. The property is the northwest quarter of section 33 township 22 range 43 containing 160 acres more or less, conveyed to trustee Anthony H Heber for American Mortgage Trust Co. The sale proceeds go to pay principal and interest due after a 30 day delinquency.
