The sheriff of Prowers county Colorado will sell at public auction the northwest quarter of section 33 township 22 south range 43 west 8th meridian containing 160 acres more or less to satisfy a note of 260 dollars plus interest. The sale occurs at the Lamar courthouse front door on the thirteenth day of 1895 between 9 am and 5 pm.
