M. J. Smith of Pueblo Merry World reports contests filed at the land office through yesterday noon. Cases listed include Wolf versus Hudwells for lots in section 33 and 22 ar 49 w, Green McAbee against Mitchell for set and set over lot 4 in section 31, and Lilly versus John pees in a 8 wfsec 6 tp 80 sr 44 area. Also Moury versus Colvin in section 33 tp 23 sr 48 w and Andrew versus Frys in section 26 tp 17 8 r 43 w.
Notice is given that Roby Loudon D. No. 4060 of Lamar Colorado will make final proof to support his claim before the register and receiver at Lamar Colorado on March 6 1890 for the e. 14 sec. 25 twp. 23 s. R. 47 w.
