John Q. Hagerman acting sheriff of Prowers county Colorado announces that on February 6 1895 at 1 pm he will sell at the front door of the Lamar courthouse the property described in the Slater deed of trust to satisfy the Lombard Investment Company note. The sale includes the northwest quarter of section 7 township 22 south range 45 west with exceptions and a water right, for the unpaid principal of 1500 dollars plus interest and costs. Taxes overdue and trustee Frank Atkins has refused to act.
