Lemuel G. Stubbs filed a timber culture complaint against Thomas A Jones for failure to comply with entry 504 in Pueblo series dated 1555 concerning land in Prowers County Colorado. The case alleges noncompliance from 1889 to 1892 including not breaking flowing or planting trees or seeds and summons both parties to appear March 4 1893 at 9 o'clock a.m. to testify.
