W. W. Dale as successor trustee under Henry J. Aldrich will sell at public auction on March 7, 1896 at the Tremont street front door, Denver, Arapahoe county, Colorado. The sale covers the east half of the southeast quarter of section 12, township 22, range 46, with water right No. 19 of the La Junta and Lamar Canal Co. to satisfy defaulted note payments and taxes. The deed of trust vests sale rights and the trustee may proceed after due notice in a suitable newspaper.
