A timber culture alias notice in Pueblo County Colorado names Joseph J Zeh in a contest by Wm Reed alleging failure to cultivate or plant trees on entry No 2178 dated November 1st 184 in township 22 south range 42 west east 4 southwest quarter and west by southeast quarter section 4. The case seeks cancellation of the entry with a hearing set for February 17 at 9 o'clock a.m. before Register B Troman to furnish testimony on the alleged neglect.
