Ezra C. Nowes, Receiver, notes a contest against John K. Dille for failure to comply with timber culture law on entry No 8 dated November 25, 18%, northeast quarter section 4 township 6 south range 44 west. The entryman allegedly did not break, plow, cultivate, or plant seed since April 183, with irrigation issues and land reportedly abandoned. Parties summoned to respond at the office on August 16 at 9 a.m. to provide testimony.
